Steps

Step 1: Configure Your Camera

Most popular digital SLR cameras are compatible with HDReal® (if you don't see your camera here, send us an email at info@hdreal.com with your camera brand and model).

Click on your camera from the list below for specific instructions:

Step 2: Take Photos

Now you're ready to take some photos! Make sure to keep these important points in mind:

  • Always use a tripod to make sure your camera remains still while it is capturing the brackets
  • Use a remote trigger or cable release to avoid jarring the camera when triggering exposures
  • Don't ever change any settings on the camera while you are shooting

Step 3: Download Tagger

Tagger is our powerful and easy-to-use software application that imports your exposures from your camera's memory card, names them, tags them for processing, and uploads them to our servers - all in a single program.

Mac users:

  • Note that you need to be running Java version 1.8 or later.
    • In order to install the Tagger software, double-click the downloaded file to unzip the installer. Then double-click the installer. If this results in an error message, command-click the installer and select Open.

Step 4: Use Tagger to Import, Name, and Upload Photos

Now you're ready to use the HDReal Tagger software app to import and upload the images to our servers for processing. Watch the tutorial videos below for step-by-step instructions for using Tagger.
