Frequently Asked Questions

When can I expect to receive my completed images?
You can expect to receive all images by 5:00pm MST the day after they were uploaded via the tagger. You will receive an email with a link to your completed images.
My images are not importing correctly into the Tagger software
The number one reason why images don't import correctly is because they were not imported directly from the camera's memory card. No other software or application (Lightroom, Photoshop, Aperture, etc) can be used in between the camera's memory card and Tagger. Always use Tagger to import the images directly from the memory card.
I don't know where to get the Tagger software.
Click on the Get Started link at the top of this page. The download link to Tagger is on that page.
Should I shoot in RAW or Jpeg when using HDReal®?
While HDReal® is designed to work with either RAW or Jpeg source images, there is no added benefit to shooting in RAW with the HDReal® System. Shooting in RAW will increase the upload times for images but will not result in a higher quality final HDReal® Jpeg image.
How can I tell that my images were successfully uploaded?
You can see your upload history and upload progress while in Tagger by going to the Tools menu and clicking on 'Uploads.'
How will I be billed for your services?
We will email you a monthly invoice for all images that you uploaded via Tagger in the previous month.
Is there a limit to the number of images I can upload in one Tagger session?
While there is no limit to the number of images you can upload in one session, if you are shooting in RAW, we recommend limiting your upload to 50 images to ensure the best system performance.
